Trust Chess Competition

Our Year 9 student Michelle C is this year’s overall winner of our inaugural Trust Chess Competition which took place at Sir John Lawes School.

In the final she made an elegant knight sacrifice followed by a crushing attack and her opponent resigned a few moves later.

Our Year 8 student Neel A also took part and played an excellent game in the opening round.

Well done to both Michelle and Neel.
