At Samuel Ryder Academy we consciously endeavour to ensure that we develop students Social, Moral Spiritual and Cultural selves at the same time as we develop their academic selves.
This underpins all that we do, formally and informally in the curriculum and beyond, as members of our community.
The aim is to ensure students have a conscious understanding of themselves and that they develop a set of personal values as citizens, making them capable of creating and living a good life once they leave our school.
We cover SMSC related topics in most of our assemblies. Download further information.
